The best option is to drive into Canakkale, park your car near the ferry port (which can be difficult, so go early), and take the ferry across as a foot passenger to join a tour, or take your car across on the car ferry. Kepez is about 15-20 minutes by taxi from the center of Canakkale so add this extra time into your morning schedule if you have an appointment time for a tour.

And do not underestimate Kepez seaside for dinner.
